I had Maddie take care of myself and my sister in law, let me tellYou she was very efficient and kind and professional, she did an awesome job on the both of us and I will definitely book with her again, I highly recommend her, thank you, you will see us soon ?

I walked in around 4 and only had to wait around 15 minutes. I hadn't had a haircut in a couple years and have never been to this Salon. I had Abby and she was great! She listened to what I had in mind and I love my hair now! I'll definitely return and will always ask for Abby. I recommend trying Fantastic Sam's because the price is fantastic ( ha ha)

I saw Caitlin (Cat) at the Warwick Ave location on Sunday. WOW. This stylist really knew a lot about my hair (naturally curly) and my problems with it.PLUS: she fixed a big mistake I made trying to improve my color. I was completely ready to just have her do some hopeless rescue job-- but, no! She really fixed it so it looked great. I had used some "Color Oops" after my own color mistake, which left me with lots of brassy tones and strange uneven color.After some highlighting and a good toner, I was actually feeling happy about my hair.Caitlin knows her stuff-- and she is a wealth of information on color and conditioning.
