My insurance company sent Express Towing to me when my car broke down yesterday. The driver arrived within the estimated time and he was very professional and treated my car with care. It is stressful to have your car break down, but he made towing my car smooth and easy. Great experience, could not have been any better!

Express Towing had been dispatched to my disabled vehicle through Nissan’s roadside assistance, after another tow company made me wait for an hour and a half, only to tell me that they would not change my tire due to the location of my vehicle and weather conditions. I had to contact Express Towing to correct an address discrepancy, and the woman that answered the phone was extremely courteous and helpful, and went out of her way to get my exact location to the driver. The driver not only showed up right around the ETA, but he also offered to change the tire (in the snow) if that were my preference, as opposed to towing it. He was also extremely polite and professional....read full review
