I ordered a impact glass patio door and a window in August to be installed in October. Joe, the install manager, came out to verify the order and document the install process.
Two young installers came out on October 17 at 10 AM, as scheduled, and began by working on the window. By noon it became apparent that they would not complete the install by the end of the day. I called customer service and Joe said he would be on site ASAP. Joe arrived with a 4th man and all 4 worked until after 6 PM to finish the project. I started as a customer while I lived in Warwick, over 30 years ago, mostly for screen or storm window replacements & repairs. I continued with them after moving to Providence, and last year contracted with them to replace a custom window in the living room of my house in Lincoln. They have ALWAYS had great customer service, ALWAYS complete the repair perfectly, and within the timeframe and estimate they provide upon dropping the window off.
