I was referred to Stephanie Costa, FNP by a close friend who had recently seen her for Botox & raved about her results. I had been a 'Botox vagrant' for about a year after my longtime provider left RI. I tried other providers who were delivering poor results and/or had (borderline) predatory pricing. Online booking was very simple & straightforward, which I prefer to calling in for an appointment. I had laser hair removal here, the spa is wonderful, clean and inviting. The staff that performed the procedure were professional and nice. Overall the experience was good however the results are what I am disappointed with. I completed the 6 package session and it all grew back immediately after stopping. I understand it does grow back and you need repeat sessions but for it all to grow back right away feels like a complete waste of time, money and keeping out of the sun for nothing. There was an initial consult to determine if I was a good candidate, not sure what happened as I have dark brown hair but that is my frustration.
