It’s interesting the Google reviews for Ace are either a 1 star or 5 star. With almost none in between. That sums up the ace of experience which is incredibly inconsistent. I have worked with them over 5 times in the past few years. Troy and Ace Floor pick up the phone but don’t honor their commitment and lack integrity in dealing customers . They started what was supposed to be a 3 day stair case sanding and refinish job on 6/14/2023. No problem, we wanted it done right! . They sanded for 2 days and said they would return on Monday, with still 2 days of staining and poly to go it was now a 5 day project. As a paid client just called and talked to a Troy (I believe) stuffing his face on the phone and asked for the person's same who installed my carpet a year ago. He asked for a disruption because I didn't know his name and gave me the laziest answer possible. ( Probably because I ruined is snack time). I mentioned I was a contractor myself and know who I employ to work for me and that there should probably be a record and he said by law couldn't give me that info. Mind you, I was a customer! What a bum!

NEVER use this company. Bad quotes and very bad character. We received a quote for carpet in two bedrooms and living room. The quote CLEARLY states TWO bedrooms. They arrived and began the job, then realized they had made an error in their math and not figured the footage to accommodate both bedrooms. Being kindly, I offerred to meet them halfway on THEIR mistake on the quote. Instead of accepting any responsibility for their mistake, they put a lien on my house. Over a $600 discrepancy they they created. They will go out of business soon enough. So be it.
