From the minute they walked in, Chris and Bianca were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Chris explained exactly what would happen, and the service was executed perfectly. The cats were treated with the utmost gentleness and respect, which kept them calm and at ease. The other fur clients also seemed happy and very well cared for.
