“Prepare to be in the hands of an expert. The deep tissue massage I received was truly deep tissue! Many spas/places say deep tissue, but the providers here are on another level. I had some tension + soreness in my body, so there was some discomfort, BUT it was worth it. The woman I worked with was not just a massage therapist but a knowledgeable guide through the anatomy of the whole body, providing me with helpful feedback. She encouraged me to ask for what I needed, fostering a sense of empowerment. This experience gave my mind and body a level of relaxation and calmness I had yet to experience. Thank you, thank you!“
