Peter is fantastic. He is a joy to talk with, as well as being very helpful. He patiently guided me as I selected all the tile for our bathroom. Tile Craft also has a large selection, with different prices. Overall, this was a great experience!
Excellent experience. Peter at Tile Craft is amazing to work with--incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and organized. I also love the different selections of tile in the showroom. We bought lovely tile for our contractor to install. Highly recommend Tile Craft!
Tile Craft installed my bathroom floor and my kitchen backsplash several years ago. They did a fabulous job and Richard, the owner, has tile in his blood since his father had this business before him. I think Richard has been doing tile most of his life. He's good and he trains his staff, who are now doing the work, since he's so busy dealing with customers and builders. The staff is good as well. I'm now hiring TileCraft to install tile flooring in my soon to be renovated home and I'm hiring TileCraft again (actually my builder is hiring them, knowing TileCraft is really, really good). Susan is in the store and she is SO knowledgeable about the product and the process. And she's very nice to work with. So, five stars to TileCraft located in the quaint village of Peace Dale, RI.
