Installed a new furnace to replace 33 year old unit. Done for price agreed. On time with a quality installation. They've been servicing my furnace for the past 20 years and always there when needed.

Last year Valcourt installed a Bosch ducted heat pump. Chad planned it out perfectly, didn't try to oversell us on what was needed, and has an excellent crew - installing ducts, electrician, and the pump. the result was fantastic. They overcame any technical challenges. This year when a slight modification was required they came out within 2 hours of my calling and spent several hours here until it was right. And Chad patiently answered all of my questions. I really recommend them

Chad came out today he was very professional and personable. We looked over the boiler and we decided to fix rather than replace the boiler thus saving much $. Very happy so far.
