Sensei Mark is an incredible instructor. I have been taking his Women’s Self-Defense Class for the last 5 weeks and it is fantastic. Not only are you learning very useful techniques if you were ever to be approached or attacked by someone but it is a great work out!My youngest son started attending the kids karate class about 9 months ago and absolutely loves it!Highly recommend Sensei Mark and his academy!

I'm currently in the 9-13 class I also help with the younger kids and I would highly recommend bringing you children to check out the place and sign up Mark is a great instructor he will show you how it is done and this is also the place where you can learn self defense he has 3 different classes 4-9/9-13/13-and up.

Of i could give 10 stars i would.I looked around at places an liked how it wasnt so big an overwhelming for myself an daughter. Sensi mark had us come in for a 1on1 for her to see how she would do, she warmed up an did some of theActivities he had planned,which is another thing i liked they do warm ups with different obstacles .she started in june an is still going strong.
