My wife was smart enough to get the service plan which was fortuitous, as our furnace gave way March 6. Called around 6:00 p.m. and the technician came by around 7:30 and by 8:30 it was running smoothly. Beats sleeping in 35° temperature. Then it broke again with a controller issue the next day. I called again and they came and replace the controller for free. It's working fine.

Petro is very diligent in their delivery schedules. I never need to worry about running out of oil. Their prices are competitive, and their service is A1. I use them for my furnace maintenance needs and never have to worry about an issue, as their phone service is prompt and courteous as well.
