Never returned phone call after leaving message with receptionist. Tried calling multiple times and phone was disconnected.

The owner, came out to look at some work needed to be done, gave me a price, he promised to do it in the next three weeks, never came or communicated I called 5 times and was promised to receive a call back, never happened Two month later I called and talked finally to the Owner which now told me he will not do the job, because he under estimated and also does not want to ruin my lawn This is really a bad business practice!
