I have used South County Property Mainenance for power washing my house and was very happy with the result. I have also used this company for gutter cleaning and found them to be very helpful. While cleaning my gutters Jeremy noticed and pointed out to me a small problem with a few of my shingles. He will be coming back to fix it while it still is a small project and I appreciate that he noticed it before it would have become a big problem.

Jeremy quickly responded to our inquiry. He detailed their service explaining what their process is to clean gutter systems. We had a schedule constraint due to travel and Jeremy was willing and able to accommodate our needs. Alex showed up on time and was professional, friendly, efficient and completed the job completely and we are 200% happy with the results. Thank you Jeremy and Akex!

I often want to leave reviews, both good and bad, for anyone looking for service - I cannot say enough good about South County Property Maintenance - and I wish that they are the first ones you contact. They delivered on EVERYTHING that they promised, they were on time, the cost was better than anyone else I contacted (wait, those who bothered to return my call). Not once did the owner of the company not return my call or messages, he spent time with me, explained the process, both the cause and remedy, was VERY knowledgable of what I was finding on my roof and house, did not hard sell me on anything and completed the work as promised and gave me a three year guarantee. Hire this guy, you won't be disappointed!!!
