First let me say that the majority of these reviews here appear to be from disgruntled people who took the time to trash Pier Cleaners. This shop has 100's if not 1000's of satisfied clients and these reviews are definitely NOT the norm. I have used their pick-up service and have dropped off dry cleaning and they have been wonderful. I have never had an issue here and have frequented Pier Cleaners for a least ten years. It is not the closest dry cleaner to me, I live in Narragansett, but I trust them and have NEVER had a problem. I highly recommend Pier Cleaners! They are reliable and my clothes are always perfectly dry cleaned!

Great local dry cleaner. They are fast, efficient, and detailed. Also their customer service is superb, you walk in and are greeted like it's Cheers. I recently learned that you can schedule pick up and drop off from home! I am excited to try that.

There's always available washing machines and dryers. If there's not the friendly staff will make one available for you. The staff is always friendly and curtious. I've witnessed them stopping doing what there doing to help and elderly or handicapped person carry their laundry in and help them start their load.
