It was much more involved than what I am stating here ? but Arielle was AMAZING. She was pleasant and helpful and professional throughout. She made what could have been a very taxing and frustrating transaction as pleasant as possible. I hope the management at Ulta, and this store in particular, know what a great asset she is to their company.
