Our ac unit stopped working on Saturday evening when we turn it on. The next day Sunday after calling you sent Joe out. He was courteous and explained everything he was going to do and kept us appraised of the cost. We also learned how important the yearly maintenance was ( the first year we had forgotten to get it done). Within an hour our ac was repaired, inspected and running. First off Joe is an excellent ac technician and we appreciate his service we’re glad we went with CarJon 15 years ago and have never regretted it. Car Jon installed our central A/C system many years ago. We keep it serviced and it has served us well. However, we knew that our thermostat was not working properly and needed replacement. CarJon was able to send someone out the day I called...a day of intense heat and humidity. Technicians Jason and Ben arrived at the scheduled time, changed out the old thermostat. They demonstrated how to operate it as well as answered all our questions. They did an awesome job! Both men were personable, professional and an asset to the CarJon team! Thank you, Car Jon!
We've been with Carjon for 12+ years. They are always polite, responsive, professional and fair. Carjon has never left me hanging or failed to show up as scheduled. Melissa in service is patient and accommodating. Shaun, my most recent service tech, is very knowledgeable, thorough and neat.
