“I would not recommend. Todd does not stand by his work. Installation of boiler went ok but will not return if you have issue with your boiler. Have tried several times and his standard line is try Smithfield Plumbing and ask if they can advise anyone for my Laars boiler. Mind you even if it’s not an emergency and I’m willing to schedule out. So No I would not recommend.“

“Like others, I was directed to Joe and his company through a Home Depot request. I returned from a Christmas vacation to discover I had no hot water...luckily tank didn't leak just tripped a circuit breaker and smelled like something had burned out. Sent in the request on New Year's Eve not expecting a call back until after the New Year....he called back in 20 minutes, asked if it was an emergency (I said no) quoted me several options...scheduled it for 1st thing the day after New Year's day. Mike, one of his dedicated employees, called me about 45 minutes out to say they were on their way, and showed up on time. Mike and Eddie were extremely friendly, assesed the problem and took it from there....cleaned everything up, took away old tank, we made a few jokes along the way about the problems with Newport parking and old houses...quick and done in just about 1 1/2 hours ! Would definitely use them again for other plumbing needs.“

“My hot water expansion tank rusted out, causing a leak which forced me to turn off all water to my house (due to where the tank was placed on my incoming water line, and the nearest shutoff valve). Watched some DIY videos on YouTube, and then headed to Smithfield Plumbing Supply to buy the parts (Expansion Tank, and Water Pressure gauge). Two gentlemen there went over the replacement process with me, assuring me that everything I had just learned on YouTube was accurate. They gave the confidence to return home and finish the job.
