“I moved to Riverside about 6 months ago and it was the best luck I moved down the street from Holmes landscaping company. This isn't just a business. It's kind people who want to help other people. First, I hit a snag regarding my landscaping service regarding my rental. Holmes was mentioned to be right down the road from a neighbor. So, I happened to speak to Crissy, the owners wife, about a quick mow. I would do the rest. We exchanged numbers like just a couple neighbors and was told I was put on the list. They showed up just like she said and it was a whole team! They made the yard look great! They even did my neighbors yard (we live in a duplex with a shared yard) for no extra charge. After settling down, I wanted to do a little landscaping. Again, I contacted Crissy about the yard. Literally that day, I was welcomed to come on down and look through what they have to get ideas for my project. I spoke to John, (the owner) and he's just as friendly. We chatted, I got what I needed and was on my way. I now have an amazing patio that looks beautiful and didn't cost an arm and a leg. From the amount of Holmes trucks coming and going, I can tell they're a very busy company. But, again, they're people too. Wonderful people who are professional but, treat you with respect and generosity. Hard to come by these days. I highly recommend this business to anyone. 6 stars.“

They also designed a fieldstone wall to retain the mulch from shifting onto my neighbor's property. The men were respectful and answered my questions. They focused on their respective roles and completed the job to my satisfaction. This team of landscapers is to be commended for their strong work ethics!“

“I had called a few different companies. This company showed up the day I called. Gave me an estimate and started the work 3 days later and completed the job in 2 days! I needed a patio repair because there was a pipe break over the past winter and the contractor that was supposed to fix the damage to my patio. They said they would but never returned to fix the damage.
AK Landscaping was excellent and I'm going to have them come back for another project I want done.“

“I just happened to drive by this amazing place today and had to turn around and give them a try. I wasn’t even planning on doing any projects right this second but they had an amazing variety and the Woman who helped us was so sweet and knowledgeable. She gave the best advice and helped my husband and I create a beautiful plan for our front yard we purchased a bunch of the creeping phlox in the most beautiful colors and we will be going back for our rose bush. All of there plants looked extremely cared for and everything was very organized. I loved as soon as we started looking around the woman came over and offered assistance. We aren’t plant people and it was great to know more about things before choosing what was best for us. We are new homeowners and still trying to figure out things when it comes to landscaping. All their trees and plants are super healthy even this time of year in the fall. The team is friendly and offers a wealth of knowledge. “Earth & Water were the only ones willing to take on the challenge of redoing my pond. Joe and his team drew up a plan and design and got right to work. They brought a temporary pool onsite and carefully removed all of my fish, so that work could be started. They removed all the boulders and old pond equipment I had and brought in new material and new pumps. They also extended it out width and length giving me a much bigger pond. Joe also had his landscaping team come down and do all of the landscape around the pond with lighting and all kinds of plants and trees. Even built a couple caves in the pond for the fish. I would definitely recommend Earth & Water not only for there outstanding work but also because even after the job was done and i still had questions or questions came up Joe and his team answered right away.“

“Although it’s been about 5 years since we sold our place in Tiverton, when we owned it, we used Doug to maintain our property and cut the five acre parcel of land we had at the time. The property was in decline when we bought it— and the plantings and grass hadn’t been well maintained at all. Doug and his crew worked hard and transformed a seedy looking, overgrown place with a ramshackle cottage into a lovely property over the course of one spring and through out the remaining time we had the property. My husband and I were stunned in the amount of labor, effort and results that happened during the time they were maintaining the lawn.. we also used him for plowing, and again he didn’t disappoint— always very responsive to texts, and any changes we requested at any time— he came the same day regardless of how many inches were on the ground.
