Very friendly, competent hairstylist. Way too long wait. After confirming via text @ 2:57 that I had a 3:40 pm appointment when we arrived at 3:16 pm (my wife had a 3:20 pm). We we told there was a 25- 30 min delay. We arrived back at 3:45 and my wife waited another 30 min and was finally taken @ 4:15 - a total of 55 min late for her. I was seen at 4:30pm - 50 min after scheduled appointment and 20 min after the first 30 min delay. Unacceptable to say the least. Haircut was excellent and efficient, no complaints there. There should be a system that tells you BEFORE you get there that your appointment is delayed. Unacceptable management of a good service

Where to Begin!! Need to give a big shout out to Courtney at Supercuts in Thayer St! I went in about 5 months ago and I really liked the haircut but with my crazy schedule I went to someone else at later hours. Well that was a big fail. I went in today and scheduled with Courtney. I explained what I wanted and the issues I had with my hair. She fixed all my concerns and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I recommend her 100%.

Just got an Awesome haircut from Ariel at Supercuts on Thayer Street. Shortly after starting my haircut the power went out. Yes, the whole street was without electricity. We just moved next to the window and now I look amazing. Thank you Ariel!!
