We have lived in RI for 8 years now. We have a large house with many units for AC and a large furnace with 8 zones. Regan has helped us keep everything running smoothly. Most recently we had a complicated issue with one zone having “a mind of its own” & I asked Jasmin & Marilyn to send out their best “forensics” guy. Thankfully, they sent John Pommenville and an apprentice. I was SO impressed how John was so professional, knowledgeable,polite, and determined to solve the problem. They were here for about 2 hours. John did all the usual checks; however, problem was resolved. We kept hashing it out and talking about the characteristics of the problem and how it presented and finally John went into the deep programming of our thermostat (not the superficial programming that just anyone can do-who knew!) and found the issue! Our thermostat was set for a boiler and not a furnace!!?! Very impressive John! Thank you!
