RCC is a great company to work with. They are proactive and always make sure to keep me in the loop with anything that is going on. From a reporting standpoint I receive monthly reports on how my technology is working and this makes it easy to review.The team is always working for you and I cannot tell you how many times I have received a call, text, or email from the team letting me know something is going on in my system. The team is hands on and someone is always available to answer the phone so it doesn't matter how early or late I am having an issue I can get it reviewed and resolved quickly.
