2 1/2 years waiting for Delfina and/or her son Orlando to come to my house to REPAIR the quartzite installed November of 2020! Excuse after excuse. Not their fault....100% faulty sealing done. Pathetic customer service. Maybe Judge Judy can help?Services: Kitchen countertop installation

I wished I had read the reviews. hard to get a hold of after many calls begging too get the job done she had her ex husband come and install the granite I paid them in full when they left I noticed they cut granite to short and it had cracks . I called her right away sent picture she promised she would fix after 4 months and many texts begging I had enough told her I wanted my money back she refused saying she would come remove my granite and then she would. I said noway where they allowed in my home and I would give it back after I had a new company replaced I needed money to pay for them. What could she do with broken granite? Don't use them!! would not fix 4 months trying and begging no refund Reported to BBB I am so disappointed!
