I scheduled an appointment with the owner of this establishment a month in advance because I knew how popular she was and I wanted to make sure I had a spot before my vacation. The day I scheduled the appointment, not only was she difficult and didn’t try to accommodate my time frame although it was a month before hand, she also seemed to not want to accept the appointment. So against my better judgment I still made the appointment on the only day and time she was available. Which was on the day of travel. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Made an appt 2 weeks in advance, gave my deposit, and traveled to the salon only to be cancelled on upon arrival. No phone call to mention anything had come up or changed but instead one where she stated that she finished her clients early and if I could come. Although I attempted to accommodate her early arrival request I could not, but was still ahead of my original appointment time. I let her know that I would have to come at our scheduled time. Her response was that she had a sick family member and had to go. Why this wasn't mentioned when the original "come early" request was made, I don't know.
