The plow never showed up, even 12 hours after the storm started. I scheduled 12 hours prior to the storm starting.Their plows are unreliable. I'd give them half of a star If i could at this point. Now I have no one to do my customer's driveway.Update: it's 6AM the following day after the storm. A full 24 hours, still no plow arrived.
