From the first phone call made to Northeastern Security Safe & Lock, they were easy to work with. They understood my issue and within a couple of days dispatched a technician. He showed within the time frame stated, and in less than a few hours, the safe was opened. He was very courteous, friendly and worked consistently and diligently trying to open the safe. Excellent experience all the way around. Would hire again and highly recommend.
