These people give me two different prices - when they thought the insurance would have paid the charges me 6 times the amount - now the have an unprofessional worker there threatening us. They had to come back because the two guys did not do a good job the first time . They knew we had cheaper quotes to clean sewer back upFrom a small portion of a basement.Be very careful .Unbelievable-
Worst service of my life. They schedule and then cancel AFTER the scheduled arrival time. THEN - after you have invested time and energy working with them to get the job done -- THEY BAIL -- selecting only the work they decide to pursue. Never use these guys. They apparently overbook and leave you abandoned -- and you have to start from scratch with someone else. They are awful.
Came out quickly to start Mitigation however nearly 2 months later still not giving me a breakdown of cost to repair. Waited until we got insurance check, wrote a little paragraph for the exact amount given by insurance company. Refuse to itemize, homeowner beware.
