I needed a new dentist. I called and made one here because they said they my insurance. They took my insurance info to make sure and I had to wait months for appt. Which is the case right now with everything. Turns out they don’t take my insurance. Nobody called to tell me in the months I was waiting. They wait for the day I get there and fill out all the annoying paper work to then say it won’t be covered. Was I supposed to pay? I waisted so much time I could have gone somewhere else. And I really need a dentist. How do you do that to people? Just awful.

Dr. Hagerty and his staff are the best. From the minute you arrive the attention is on the patient. I happen to be the worst one. They have helped me overcome my fear and are just so pleasant. I am not the best patient or am I on time. They still make me feel so calm. A special to shout out to Liz, always so pleasant and kind. Thank you too all.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could.When I had my visit earlier in the year the Dr said all my teeth were fine, no cavities.However, in just a short while TWO of my teeth chipped due to unresolved cavities!! I had to get a crown and have one removed!I had four cavities! He said everything was fine.I was skeptical after I left my appointment and for good reason.Do not recommend AT ALL. Please go somewhere else.
