UPDATE: After a rough initial customer service experience, the manager was able to resolve my concern and take care of then customer. For those not aware be careful of the scheduling process and expiration of gift cards. When I arrived for services the receptionist at the desk was courtesy and took us right the salt cave which was an appropriate temperature with the heat outdoors. Everything was clean and comfortable.“

“Joseph always listens to me about what I want and is realistic about our goals. The salon is always clean and well decorated. He almost never double books so you get him all to yourself! He’s also extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain in detail how things work, why they won’t work, etc. Over the last year and a half he’s nursed my hair back to good health after a few botched bleach jobs from other salons. In fact, we just went full blonde after being dark brown with pretty much no breakage and my hair feels super healthy!“
