Your Review: (5 Stars)Excellent service by Jonathan Lambert the SHS technician - he arrived on time, carefully explained the treatment he was going to apply, and providee advice on any potential danger for or restrictions on our pets following the treatment. Very courteous, professional and helpful.

I'm looking forward to writing SHS a *Great* review - waiting for a tech to come out for my appointment this week. So far, withholding judgment but will write a full review once my pest problem (yellow jacket nest inside my basement!) is eradicated.I called and left a voicemail on Sunday (Business was closed - didn't expect a call back on Sunday). Called and left another voicemail on Monday soon after SHS opened - no call back within an hour. I called again around 9:20 and got a very helpful person who took my info and checked tech availability.So, I'm scheduled for Wednesday afternoon - if you have a routine appointment between now and then, I'd be glad to swap with you so I can get the nest out of the house earlier!!*Review from my other account (@my parents' old house in MN while visiting) deleted and this one slightly edited*
