I needed a hand rail installed at a rental property and found Chris through Google. He was quick to respond via phone call to my inquiry, discussed options, style of railing, prices, and was professional. He went to the property to take measurements and scheduled the installation to be completed within a week of my initial inquiry. The whole process was flawless and I could not have been happier with Chris, the installation, and final product. Recommend!

I needed to install a new railing at my front door. It is not that easy to find someone who is professional, honest and reliable at the same time to do your job nowadays. Luckily I found Chris by googling. He was very responsive and communicating with me over the phone, text messages and photos to discuss the dimensions, styles, colors and price. All straight up and transparent. He drove over 40 minutes to my home in MA to make the measurement, and brought samples of 2 different styles and colors for me to get a feeling before made the decision, then he came back in a week and got the job done beautifully. Very professional quality work. He added railing to our porch and they look great! Unlike some contractors, he always arrived when he said he would. Chris carefully explained out options and answers all questions. Very pleased with the experience.
