Requested style: My hair is very thick so I asked her to please thin it out and then style it well she refused to do that she wanted to do it the way she wanted to, I told her you need to thin it out because my hair is way too thick ,well the thing is I let her do what she wanted and then I paid her and then I left and went home, the next morning I woke up and my hair was so out of control, it. Was sticking up like real bad even after I washed it and washed it again it's still look bad so I had to go back in and asked her please thin it out, she was saying it's not going to look right, well as far as I'm concerned the customer is always right, well she ended up thining it out for me, and here it is 4 months later and I still can't do anything with it it's been in a ponytail a very short ponytail mind yoI advise anybody that goes to 165 Broad Street hair salon please don't go there the woman has no idea what she's doing and to top it off she didn't even speak English so what thank you for listening, I can't stress it enough please don't go to this establishment she has no idea what she's doing

The owner of the beauty salon/fashion boutique was a creep towards me, don't want to mention what he did but he was being inappropriate of my boundaries....Never going back there!

I showed up with no appointment, but had called and was told to ‘come now.’ However when I walked in she had 3 people already started and said ‘I thought you had short hair.’ I ended up leaving bc although she offered to put my hair in rollers before blow drying, I didn’t have that kind of time. Her hair dryers are the type that would require my thick, long, curly/stringy hair 2 hours to dry. I thanked her and explained why I was leaving. She was nice and I would give her a try another time in a pinch and with an appointment, but only for blow drying.
