About LA Fitness

The space is generally clean, with diligent cleaners maintaining the facility, although some machines may occasionally be broken, and the cardio equipment could be improved. The gym is run by the operations manager, who has done an excellent job in making it a place people want to visit. The staff are described as friendly and helpful, with one trainer providing a great experience for a customer. While the gym may not have all the latest features, it does a commendable job with the resources it has, and customers have expressed their satisfaction with the overall experience. Customers have praised the cleanliness of the gym, with one visitor describing it as "clean, not too busy" and another noting that "the equipment, locker rooms, and facilities are kept very clean." The front desk staff have also been praised for their welcoming and friendly demeanor, with one customer remarking that they "greeted me each day."
I used this location while on vacation in Providence. It was clean, not too busy during the time I was there. The staff at the front desk greeted me each day (something that doesn't happen at my home location). The gym itself appears like it's a very old location, but clean nonetheless. I didn't go upstairs so I don't know the cardio situation, but the free weight and machine areas were fine. The dumbbells were all out of order but that's an inconsiderate member issue. Lastly, the eye candy in this gym was top notch lol something I don't get to see at my home location. All in all I was very happy and satisfied with it.
I want to report the person who teaches the aqua aerobics class. She is very rude and despotic. In the class on Wednesday, July 16, there were even three new people, whom she treated very badly. She is very arrogant, and no one deserves that treatment!
I went to this gym just for the week while I was staying in Pawtucket and was so pleased to find such a clean, well-equipped gym nearby. All the folks are so welcoming, and the equipment, locker rooms, facilities are kept very clean.
