i can't recommend king carpet cleaning enough. setting up an appointment with brody over the phone was a breeze; he was extremely accommodating and pleasant to converse with. then, there was dwayne, who arrived ahead of schedule and thoroughly explained the process to us. his work on our carpets was nothing short of astounding. his attention to detail, respectfulness, and overall helpfulness resulted in our carpets looking brand new again. i'm now a lifetime customer and won't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of a top-notch carpet cleaning. dwayne was exceptional from the moment he arrived. their service truly deserves an a++++ rating.
