Tom gave us a reasonable price for the repair of some deteriorating exterior siding and rotting trim boards on our house, Over the course of two days, his team consisting of Roberto J., Wellington G. and Ramon M., did a fantastic job with the repairs. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work, and perhaps more importantly, with the guys who did it. They went above and beyond, by fixing a jammed 2nd floor bathroom vent on the side of the house, which was not in the scope of work.

I've decided that when we install hardwood flooring and repaint the interior in the near future, I'm going to call Tom Lopatoski.“

“4.5 stars really….I am 1,000% satisfied with my roof! Corey was my contact person and he was excellent, very responsive and polite. Very fair price too. Only -0.5 starts because they really beat up my native dogwood. I know the contract says they can do what they need to do to get access, but this tree is not overbearing and could have been cut back more carefully. Instead the workers just hacked at it wherever they pleased without considering the health of the tree. Alas, the dogwood did not produce any berries for the birds this year. Hopefully with some TLC (and a few hundred bucks I wasn’t exactly prepared to spend) from an arborist, it will bounce back.Despite this I would still highly recommend Ferschke Construction for your roofing needs.“

I came across United S A Construction after looking outside my normal contractor connections. I was very cautious about using someone that I didn't know. Cesar was quick to get back to me and we scheduled a time for him to look at the job. After looking at the job the quote was emailed to me immediately and the job was very competitively priced. Still cautious, I decided to pull the trigger. Cesar told me he would be at my property the following Monday at 8am and he and his crew were there right on time. The job move quickly and a minor misunderstanding on my part was discussed professionally and a reasonable solution was reached without a problem. The job was completed without interruptions within a weeks time. I already have another quote for more work to be completed and I referred him to friend today.
