The owner Felicia is so rude and unprofessional. I called a week before for a blow dry. I was there earlier than I was supposed to be but she started late. After she washed my hair, she started to put rollers in my hair. I told her that it won't come out the same as blow dry. She told me it would come out the same. Then she told me that she doesn't have time to blow dry because she has 2 other people under the dryer and has to blow dry their hair.
