My sister and I found Tammy over Yelp while looking for places to try reiki and decided to visit from her great reviews. Instead of reiki we both booked appointments for IET which focuses more on your energetic body instead of your physical body. It helps clear any energy blocks for those dealing with emotional or mental pain. Tammy encouraged us to ask any questions about our energy and IET. She took her time to give us the best possible experiences and was extremely kind and warm. I recommend you not be afraid to ask questions to get the full experience and make sure you come in with an intention for your practice whether that is letting go of pain, trauma, or even just being more in touch with your energy. I felt completely relaxed and at peace during and after our session which is unusual as I am a pretty antsy person. I will absolutely be visiting Tammy again soon!!!

Lived up to what I was hoping for: relaxing, skilled, professional and conscious massage and energy work, as I've grown accustomed to on the west coast and elsewhere in the world. I'll definitely be back.

I have thanked the universe for having Tammy as my go to for massage therapy and body work numerous times throughout the last 6 years. Her space on the East side is calming and peaceful, and her sessions are incredible. Tammy has the ability to envelope you in such a deep healing space that is supportive and unconditional that at times I have felt like a baby being tended too. Her techniques for eliminating tight muscles is deeply effective and I have often left feeling 20 years younger than when I walked through the door. Tammy fully deserves to be recognized for the great healing work she provides through massage and numerous healing modalities. Thank you Tammy for being you.
