“My first visit to Studio East's workshop called “Spa Night” was amazing. It was not merely a yoga class; it was a sanctuary of serenity, a refuge from the chaos of everyday life. I found this session to be a unique fusion of tranquility and rejuvenation. I have never done yoga before, but I have a ton of experience in self-hypnosis and guided hypnosis, which is meditative as well. The yoga poses here were simple and restorative rather than challenging, which allowed for me to focus my mind on the meditative aspect rather than the skill of doing a yoga class. I felt surrounded by like-minded individuals, a restorative vibe permeating the room, and a skilled instructor. Definitely felt a moment of connection and reflection and will be back!“

“I came in as basically a walk in as my appt was misunderstood, & i needed a color correction on a good sized money piece. That's the literal WORST thing you can walk in asking for without an appt lol, but it was an emergency, & Teresa (& Bella) were both so kind to immediately take me anyways & fit me in. Teresa did an AMAZING job, she lifted & toned it BEAUTIFULLY.
