I really didn't have much expectation of this first appointment but ended up being very pleased with the result. In addition to hands on stretching, which was comfortable, I was given guidance and clear instructional homework in order to make future appointments progressively more productive. I'm glad I took the leap and made this first initial appointment. I'm looking forward to future work.

The booking experience was so easy online and I was lucky to get a last minute appointment. It was a really great massage and I highly recommend Strong Fit. Jim listened to my concerns and asked valid questions to determine where the pain might have originated. I hobbled in to that office and within hours I was walking straight again!

I came in knowing I had a few trouble spots that are usually pretty tight most of the time. Jim was great listening to my exact needs, made sure to check-in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was how I wanted, and thoroughly worked through those pesky knots. Super professional! I will definitely be back!
