They go above and beyond, helping with everything from consulting to planning and every detail in between, including coordinating military ceremonies, collaborating with churches, and handling obituaries, prayer cards, and slideshows. They provide all kinds of needed details about cremation, celebrations of life, and the legal parts, including things families would never think to ask. From start to finish, everything goes smoothly, making them a choice families feel is the best.
John put my mind at ease with all the detail that goes into planning a service. He is not pushy, doesn’t rush you and after speaking with him I felt going with Brown Funeral home in North Smithfield was the best choice.
Lisa was also great. She helped with the details for that day as well and kept me on track with what needed to be done. She went above and beyond getting the slideshow done and making a backup for me as well.

We used Keene-Brown in Nov & Dec for my mother's services and passing. From consulting to planning and everything in between they were absolutely amazing. My mother passed at home and they were fast and very easy to work with. John was amazing with giving us all kinds of details that we needed about cremation, collaborating with the church, the celebration of life afterwards, the obituary, the prayer cards. Anything we had a question about and he also told us about things we would have never thought of asking about the death certificate and legal parts.
