I got my first haircut in 1962 with the ancestor to this business when it was located on Avenue A in Woonsocket. I'm still a customer but not living close enough for regular cuts. Wonderful people. I always leave a part of me there, literally.

Excellent experience! My usual place, that has you feeling as though you were on an assembly line, was not open yet. I searched my area and Joe's was opening at 8:30 so I drove over. I was expecting a couple of burly men with scissors but found a couple of nice ladies with fresh baked pastry and coffee. The place was decorated for the holidays and I was pleasantly surprised! Tami took her time, was detail oriented and charged less than my typical "chain" shop. Needless to say I will be back in a month!

Joe is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Unfortunately, Joe is retiring after 55 yrs next week. As a customer and friend for many years, I wish him the best in his retirement years.
