“My family and my siblings started seeing Arthur when I was just 5. So its no wonder the Mansolillo family continue to carry on a phenomenal dental practice.
I had called last week as I was looking to become a patient once again.
When I called, the Receptionist who answered could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I was on a cancel list. I happened to call the office to see about any cancellations and was able to get in that day. I was able to get my X Rays from the practice I left.
The Dental Hygienist was pleasant and did a great job cleaning my teeth.
It's nice to be back!

“This is the best dentist office there is. I have never liked dentists. I feel like the comparison to going to the DMV is accurate however I have only ever had positive experiences at this office. Everyone on the staff is lovely and both David Ward and his daughter Samantha are wonderful. They are actual people and don't have any weird dentist vibes that you sometimes get. Moving out of state and having to get a new dentist has been the saddest thing. If it was possible to fly back just for dentist appointments here I would. You cannot go wrong with this office.“

My whole family uses them.. we've used the pediatric practice, orthodontist, and the adult practice..as well as the financial office...always to satisfaction.. the Franklin office of Chestnut dental is as good as it gets in dentistry and customer service .“

“This place is beyond wonderful. First time going today & I can’t say enough great things. To start I wrote down the appointment wrong and showed up 45 mins early, I had made another appointment after to what I thought would be cutting it close now it was really close. They were able to take me in earlier & do all of my x-rays while I waited for the dentist. They were so kind & understanding. The staff in the front was great in letting me know all of the information so there was no surprises at checkout. Would recommend to any of my friends & family“

“Dr. Bob was fantastic with my 6 year old daughter and made her at ease with funny jokes prior to her surgery. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, letting her even pick out a cat blankie to take home and to keep her warm during her surgery. They played Taylor Swift and sent her home with stickers, tattoos, and toys also her teeth for the tooth fairy plus a toothbrush and after care items. I have never experienced such professionalism and care at an oral surgeon's office. I highly recommend!!! Note: The surgery was done late morning and in only hours later my daughter is doing great! You would never think she just had oral surgery today because she is so happy and feeling better already. She has not complained of any pain. I appreciate everyone at Dr. Bob's office for making this as good of an experience as possible! Thank you!“

“Even if you’re not in the market for a new dentist I would HIGHLY recommend checking out this office. Dr. Merjik and his team are quite unbeatable. From the welcoming atmosphere, to the friendly staff, to the efficiency of the doctor, you really can’t go wrong. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Merjik’s for 8+ years now and there’s a reason why I’ve been with him & his team for so long. They’re all so friendly, accommodating and provide such good service. Dr. Merjik and his staff are very thorough and they always make it a point to explain everything going on so you know why/what, etc. And they talk to you like an actual person. They don’t talk at you or down to you like some practices do. I wish all doctors offices were like this one!“

I walked in and was greeted by a young lady technician and in 45 minutes she made the repair and amended the thickness, fits better than the original and the price was more than fair.
