Kelly is a true professional and her personality is very warm and caring. She has so much knowledge on hair extensions. I felt safe in her hands. The space was glamourous, beautiful, and clean. I instantly felt comfortable in her presence because she was offering me coffee and snacks. On that particular day, I had was not feeling well. She went above and beyond to take care of my needs!!! I also had the option of watching Netflix since the hair application for Kera link takes about 4-5 hours. I was given the option of purchasing my own hair.
