About The Village Veterinary Center
The Village Veterinary Center in North Kingstown, RI, is known for its expert and compassionate care for dogs and cats in the local community. The veterinarians and staff treat pets as family members, offering a range of services including vaccinations, neutering, spaying, teeth cleaning, and emergency care. Many pet owners appreciate the kindness and efficiency of the team, with one owner expressing loyalty after 10 years of service. Their approach includes special attention for anxious pets, ensuring a calm visit. However, some clients have experienced issues with miscommunication at the front desk, particularly regarding appointment scheduling. This has led to frustration for a few, resulting in a decision to seek care elsewhere despite high praise for the veterinarians. Overall, The Village Veterinary Center is recommended for its compassionate veterinary care, although improvements in communication could enhance the client experience.
We had to put our cat down. He was 17, and quickly getting progressively sicker. Dr. Bergman and Sarah were great. They made the experience as good as possible. Sarah fed Hector treats, and he received a lot of loving. He didn’t even seem to notice the injection given, while he was chowing down on treats. We couldn’t have been more satisfied about how it all went.
All of the staff at Village Vet are wonderful. They have been taking care of my dog for years and are always sensitive to her special needs.
There is always follow up on tests and referrals in a timely manner.
Would not trust my dog with anyone else!
We’ve been taking our dog to dr Dave for 10 years. He and his staff have always been extremely kind and super efficient. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t take Molly anywhere else.
