We cannot sing Rene and his team’s praises highly enough. Rene is without exaggeration very professional, an excellent contractor, ethical and compassionate as well. When my vulnerable elderly mother had a boiler malfunction in November 2023, she called her regular plumber who she had trusted for years and who happened to have good reviews. They insisted they would not help her unless they replaced the boiler for over $7,500, after rebates. As she was vulnerable and stressed about having no heat during winter, she placed a deposit for about $3500 with her regular plumber. Mom told me she did not feel good about their ultimatum and their sales tactics over the years as they had repeatedly pressured her to replace her boiler, when it was only several years old. Rene and his team responded right away after I called several contractors who were not available and came right away late on a Friday for an estimate. The next Saturday morning, he immediately and expertly repaired the boiler for only $750 so that it is good working condition. Mom had seen the other experienced plumbers work before and was pleasantly surprised that Rene and his team were so talented and kind. Unfortunately, in mid-February, as my mother has a health problem, she called him again when she thought there was a lot of wind in the home; we believe she was dizzy. Rene promptly examined the boiler and even thoroughly inspected the home as a courtesy visit. He did not find any issues, and my mother was quite happy afterwards. Rene expressed his concern for my mom’s health and has been patient and courteous the entire time. When mom called him again on May 10 due to the same issue, Rene patiently contacted me again. He has truly gone above and beyond for his clients. (We’ve urged my mom again to see a doctor and are relieved she does feel much better again.) The fact Rene is such a great contractor and also truly cares about his clients’ well being is simply fantastic. Thank you so much, Rene!

I came here after getting an extremely botched haircut at a different FS location two days prior and was desperate to get it fixed. Not only did Hayli perform a small miracle by correcting the awful cut while saving as much of the length as possible, she took the time to thoroughly explain everything she was doing and made sure I was okay with everything she did. She is a magician and I will exclusively be coming to her from now on!

Lenny was amazing with my son. He came in wanting a bold look, one that he wasn't actually ready for just yet. Lenny showed him how it looks and why it wouldn't work the way my son had hoped. He then fixed it up for him, giving him an excellent cut. I now have a super confident, sharp looking 13 year old flexing and gazing in every mirror of my house at all times. 100% will keep Lenny on speed dial. Thank you.

They are highly communicative, easily accessible, organized, professional, and an overall pleasure to work with. They did their research on our home well before the work started, had a fully detailed demo/install plan, and stayed ON TIME and ON BUDGET, which our family is so appreciative of. Kathryn has an amazing eye for detail and Tom's experience in building clearly shines through. We now have the kitchen of our dreams. Had my first deep tissue massage today!! I have to i feel amazing!! Tracy was absolutely amazing!! I have Parkinson’s and one of my symptoms is anxiety once she started my anxiety melted away she did an amazing job i could feel when she would hit the area that was tight. When she was done i felt amazing and relaxed!! I can’t wait to go back and Will also make an appointment for my wife. I highly recommend trying this place!!!
Cecilia is an amazing massage therapist who excels in her craft! I’ve been going to her for about 6 years. She skillfully uses a variety of tools and techniques like essential oils, heated towels, percussion gun, cupping, etc. I highly recommend her! The owner Lori is also very nice, and I’ve heard nothing but good things about her too.
