I went for the upper body massage, thought it was great! Wish I went for longer, the time flies. Rob did a great job. Ambiance of the place is also very relaxing. Staff is very friendly.

After being recommended by friends in the area, I brought my wife here for our Anniversary. We did the Express Water Journey since all else was booked up, and I just have to say that the experience was beyond our expectations. From opening the door and walking in, the environment is welcoming and comfortable, staff are top notch, courteous and friendly. The cold plunge, 2 hot tubs, sauna's, and Eucalyptus Steam room were incredible and well worth the very reasonable pricing and value!
