Our experience with Pella has been exceptional from that first phone call enquiring about windows and if they work on Block Island all the way through saying goodbye to the workers who did the install (in brisk Nor'east winds). The windows are better than we imagined and we absolutely love them. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful and friendly and professional. They worked with us to find solutions to meet our needs and I look forward to looking out these windows for years to come. I highly recommend Pella for quality and professionalism.
