Conveniently located across from The Hotel Viking, Frank was so accommodating, even fitting in our family and friends on short notice for gorgeous hair blowouts and curly styles that made everyone feel extra special. His skill and warm personality truly made us feel welcomed, and we’re so grateful for his flexibility and dedication to making our day unforgettable.
