The new roof is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time both days and worked hard through miserable heat and humidity; nobody sat down on the job! They went above and beyond in their work, and cleaned up at the end of each day. All of them were the most polite and pleasant people; very professional yet so personable. We were fortunate to find a contractor like D&D construction to replace the roof and cedar shingles on our 83 year old house.Dean Demello and his team are gifted craftsmen and true professionals. From the moment we met Dean, we knew we were in good hands. Our house was a challenge with all of its angles and irregularities. Dean welcomed the challenge. He provided ongoing communication throughout the project. He offered sound and thoughtful advice as he guided us through the process. As my father would say, Dean is the real deal - professional, honest, accommodating, and just a thoroughly nice guy. We asked him to shingle a 1960 ranch in classic Cape Code Grey, and the house has been transformed and now looks integral to the landscape. He also helped us select an enlarged kitchen window, he installed it beautifully, and it's a real eye-pleaser. His crew is a delight to work with - pleasant, helpful, and willing to go that extra mile. If you're lucky enough to get Dean, you're lucky enough! Thanks guys!
