This facility should not hold itself out as "walk-in". The receptionist was wildly rude, said I needed an appointment (impossible as they don't answer the phone), and then said I needed to to my primary doctor first (I'm on vacation hence the need for the walk-in). It is a total waste of time to visit their office and it is compounded by an unempathetic receptionist whose sole function appears to be turning away sick patients.

Just don’t bother. It is a waste of a trip. Got there to find out they didn’t have a provider. Door locked. Woman on phone demoralizing and rude when I called the number on the door. Just don’t go at all. Should get no stars because they just randomly do not see patients.

Horrible experience. TheDoorWasLocked. I called and was told to wait till someone cameTo let me in and then spent 30 minutes waiting to register. Was put into an ice cold room for two hours. I finally walked out without being seen
