I wanted to use a local realtor for my rental in Narragansett with the expectation that I would find some great homes that aren’t listed on larger sites (Airbnb, etc) while also avoiding the fees associated with those apps. I figured Ann O’Brien would vet these properties and have a baseline standard for accommodations. I am so impressed with this realty! My wife broke her nose and sustained a concussion and they were so nice in accommodating us!! Our house is beautiful and the pool is such an added bonus!!!

Fabulous staff and great follow thru on behalf of Alex and Kathy. Their attention to detail was spot on and really made our stay for the second year a huge favorite! Thank you for all of your help. Plus the owner of the rental was so thoughtful and we loved his home two years in a row!
